PEANUT BUTTER CAKE

The Cake

MIX TOGETHER:
2 Cups of Self-rising Flour
2 Cups of Sugar

MELT ON STOVE:
1 Cup of Water
2 Sticks of Butter

After melted add 1/4 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter, stir until blended.

Add 1 teaspoon baking soda to 1/2 Cup of Buttermilk.

Add Buttermilk mixture to 2 well-beaten eggs.

NOW, mix ALL above ingredients together with wire wisk. (Do not use mixer). Pour in 8 1/2″ by 11″ metal or Pyrex dish. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 minutes.

ICING:

Cream together 1/2 cup butter (room temperature) and 1 Cup of Creamy Peanut Butter. Add to the cream mixture 2 Cups of Powered Sugar and 2 Tbls. milk, mix at medium speed until throughly mixed. Spread on cake and enjoy!
