Incorporating THE HILL!

Because of some upcoming medical tests, I have had to cut down a little on the progression of my marathon training. With an okay to walk, I walked 4 miles 2 times today for a total of 8 miles and incorporated a rather large incline.  Here is a picture! My goal is to walk 1 mile per 15 minutes and increase the distance to 6.5 miles twice a day for a total of 13 miles (1/2 marathon). Once I get the medical release to run, hopefully within the next week, I will move forward with the running!
