40 times up these steps this morning! That is 560 steps up! As most of  you may know the infinity symbol is an eight lying on its side.  I climb these steps in a figure eight!

A beautiful day here in North Georgia. We went out to the local State Park for a run/walk! This is a part of the lake! Me! I found me a rocking chair! Todd and I enjoying a beautiful day!

When I went out for my marathon training this morning, I knew how “Rocky” felt, it is much harder when you have to lift your feet above the 7 inches of snow each step! I had a great time, it was just beautiful!  I up my intervals to four 2-3 minutes segments of running!
